Our Service Department

With over 150 combined years of experience in the office equipment industry, our service department has the leading edge on servicing your equipment. We are determined to provide all of our customers with the most reliable and informative service possible.

We currently employ seven service technicians who specialize in a variety of office equipment. Aside from the brands that we are a dealer for, we service many other makes of machines such as Hewlett Packard, Muratec, Samsung, Gestetner, Canon, and Minolta.

With our office in Clarkston, WA, we have also been able to expand our service area. We service most of Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho.

Our IT Department

This is the age of technology and computers. Most of our machines are network capable and will need to be setup on your network. Our Information Technology department can assist you in getting things up and running by connecting to your network and making sure all the functions on your new copier is achieved.

We do work on computers as well in our office as we are expanding all the time trying to accommodate the high demand for office equipment.
